The Deir Ezzor health directorate announces a public tender with a sealed envelope for the rehabilitation, maintenance and installation of solar energy for health centers according to the following
1-the first group includes centers (Mahkan – al – Quriya – Gharbia-Marat)
2-the second group includes the Centers (Dahiya-health care in the fields)
Initial insurances 5% of the value of the estimated disclosure for each group under a certified check or a bank guarantee for the order of the Directorate of health of Deir ez-Zor
Final insurance 10% of the referral value
The execution period is 150 days starting from the date of direct
Strike price/100000 / L.X
The delay fine is one thousand for each day of delay
The offer is indivisible within the group
The exhibitor remains attached to his offer for a period of /120 / days from the date of the opening of the offers
The nominated exhibitor remains attached to his offer for a period of /120 / days from the date of referral
Required papers for each group:
The first envelope contains the identification papers specified by the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 dated 9/12/2004 with a subscription document to the Bulletin of official announcements for the year 2023 and the initial insurance check
The second envelope contains the financial offer with a financial stamp / 3000 / l0c
Offers are submitted to the Deir ez-Zor health directorate office until the end of the official working day from Sunday, 10/9/2023, and offers are preferred the next day
The contracts division at the Deir ez-Zor health directorate can be reviewed for special condition books after paying the amount of 100,000 L0 for the strike in Deir ez-Zor finance
