The General Corporation for Road Transport announces its desire to hold an internal public tender at full speed for rain drainage maintenance work on the central roads in Tartous Governorate, plan 2023 AD.
Contract duration: 210 calendar days, starting from the day following delivery of the work site. The
tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the booklet of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004. Special legal and financial conditions, and the bidder is considered to have knowledge of the project file according to the following conditions.
Estimated statement value: (435,250,000) for 0 S only Four hundred and thirty-five million two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds, nothing other than the
initial insurance: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end The bidder’s commitment to his offer.
Final insurances: (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. The
duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer: (60) days from the date of submission of offers.
The duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: (180) One day from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order to him,
all expenses, taxes, fees, and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
