statement Estimated: (265,496,800) SYP only two hundred and sixty-five million four hundred and ninety-six thousand and eight hundred Syrian pounds nothing more
Initial insurances: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer.
Final insurances: (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for
the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) Days from the date of submission of offers.
Duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order.
