Final insurances: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) Days from the date of submission of offers. Duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order.
