tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the book of special technical conditions. And the special legal and financial conditions booklet, and the bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions. The
estimated statement value is (258,878,900) Syrian pounds only, two hundred and fifty-eight million, eight hundred and seventy-eight thousand and nine hundred Syrian pounds only.
Initial deposits (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer.
Final deposits (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for
the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer (60) days from the date of submission. Offers
The duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order.
