The General Corporation for Road Transport announces its desire to hold an internal public tender at full speed for maintenance work on various sites from / Hama - Al-Suqaylabiyah Road for both lanes, Hama - Masyaf Road and Al-Suqaylabiyah Road - Jisr Al-Shughur within Hama /
- Contract duration: 150 calendar days, starting from the day following delivery of the work site. The
tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the booklet of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004. Special legal and financial conditions, and the bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions:
Estimated disclosure value: (505,422,200) Syrian pounds only, five hundred and five million, four hundred and twenty-two thousand and two hundred Syrian pounds only.
Initial insurance: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer.
Final insurance: (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
Duration of the bidder’s commitment to his bid: (60) days from the date of submission of bids.
