Duration of the contract: / 75 / calendar days, starting from the day following the delivery of the work site
. The private legal and financial conditions, and the bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions.
The value of the estimated statement: (100.857.500) SYP only one hundred million eight hundred and fifty-seven thousand five hundred Syrian pounds only.
Initial deposits: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer.
Final deposits: (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
Duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer: (60) days from the date of submission of offers
Duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order to him
of all expenses, taxes, fees, and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract.
