Those who wish to participate and those who meet the conditions set out in the contract regulations issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 within three closed envelopes and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope with the name of the bidder according to the following
The first envelope contains the initial insurances and identification papers with a financial stamp with a value of / 100000 / L.X + / 50000 / L.O meeting of the tender application and meeting of temporary guarantees
The second envelope contains the technical presentation and technical specifications
The third envelope contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided
Initial insurances can be applied piecemeal according to the items indicated in the legal and financial Book of conditions
Final insurances 10 % of the total value of the referral
Delivery time / 45 days / only forty-five days from the day after the contractor is informed of the direct order
The period of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer is three months from the date of the opening of the offers is automatically renewed for one time in the event of no objection within seven days following the expiration date of the period
The offer is divisible
Materials and goods of Turkish origin are not accepted
