O meeting of the application for participation in the request for proposals and meeting of temporary guarantees The second envelope contains the technical presentation and technical specifications . The third envelope contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided Initial insurances / can be applied piecemeal according to the items indicated in the legal and financial Book of conditions Final insurances 10 % of the total value of the referral Delivery time / 45 days / only forty-five days from the next day to inform the contractor of the direct order The period of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer is three months from the date of cancellation of the offers is automatically renewed once in the event of no objection within seven days following the expiration date of the period The offer is divisible Materials and goods of Turkish origin are not accepted To obtain the book of technical, legal and financial conditions, check the supplies and Contracts Department at the hospital for an amount of / 50000 / L.
