These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is recorded according to the following . o In return for the request to participate in the tender and for temporary guarantees. The second envelope contains the technical offer and technical specifications. The third envelope contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the submitted materials.
The initial bonds can be submitted in parts according to the items indicated in the book of legal and financial conditions. The
final bonds are / 10 /% of the total value of the assignment. The
delivery period is / 45 days / only forty-five days, starting from the day following the notification to the contractor of the direct order.
The period of engagement of the bidder with his offer is three months, starting from The date of opening the offers will be renewed automatically for one time in the event that there is no objection within seven days following the expiration date of the period.
The offer is divisible.
The materials and goods of Turkish origin are not accepted.
To obtain the book of technical, legal and financial conditions, refer to the Supplies and Contracts Department in the hospital for an amount of / 40,000 / L.L. Q
Only forty thousand Syrian pounds paid according to a receipt in the hospital fund
