Temporary insurances: determined in the amount of / 23,475,000 / L.O only twenty-three million, four hundred and seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds, only submitted under a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by banks accepted in accordance with the regulations in force in Syria or reinforced by them, on which a phrase is written provided (to ensure the seriousness of the offer - concentrated plate kits) and submitted within the deadline for submitting offers with the fees resulting from temporary guarantees of /50000/L.O financial stamp fee /5000 / L.O add the national contribution for reconstruction resulting from the stamp duty / 2500 / L.O the local administration fee resulting from the financial stamp fee
