The General Corporation for Road Transport announces its desire to hold an internal public tender at full speed for a project to provide and implement thermal road paint in Daraa Governorate (Plan 2023 AD) on the axes of the
central road network (Damascus Road - Daraa - Jordanian border) in various locations.
The duration of the contract is 120 calendar days, starting from the day following the delivery of the work site. The
tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004. According to the special technical conditions booklet and the special legal and financial conditions booklet, the bidder is considered to be familiar with the project file according to the following conditions:
Estimated statement value (686,400,000) for 0 S only Six hundred and eighty-six million and four hundred thousand Syrian pounds only
Initial insurances (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer
Final insurances (10%) of the contract value
Delay fines (0.001) of The total value contracted for each day of delay.
The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is (60) days from the date of submission of offers.
The duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order.
All expenses, taxes, fees, and all expenses resulting from the contract, including publication fees. Advertisement and stamp duty on both copies of the contract are the responsibility of the contractor with tender notice no. 81686 published on 27 Sep 2023. The tender expired on 04 Oct 2023.
