The tender was published by MINISTRY OF INTERNAL TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION on 08 Aug 2023 for Tenders are invited for Providing and Installing Laboratory Devices for the Directorate of Technical Specifications Ministry of Internal Trade and consumer protection announces an internal request for proposals To provide and install laboratory equipment 1-the Ministry of Internal Trade and consumer protection announces an internal request for proposals with a sealed envelope to provide and install laboratory equipment to the Directorate of technical specifications and laboratories (central department) and the laboratory of the Directorate of Internal Trade and consumer protection in rural Damascus in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 and in accordance with the technical, financial and legal bases and conditions contained in the 2-temporary insurances are provided according to the amount indicated next to each item in the list attached to the special conditions book for the devices that the exhibitor wishes to apply for 3-final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value, and if the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the final and temporary insurances on behalf of all of them under penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer includes the words symbiotic and solidarity 4-the bidder remains attached to his offer for a period of/60 / days from the date of the end of the submission of offers and is automatically renewed in the absence of any objection 5-the ministry may split the offer and contract with more than one bidder and approve part of the same offer, and the bidder's participation is accepted with one or more items from the list of required items, and retail is not accepted within the devices of one item 6-the materials that the exhibitor is obliged to submit will be delivered within /60 / days from the date of delivery of the direct order.
