The bidder has the right to apply in foreign currencies according to what is contained in Communication No. 26 / B / 15 dated 10/21/2014 in line with the circular of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers 260/15 dated 11/21/2013 temporary insurance according to the table of quantities attached
with The technical book of conditions is submitted under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab country or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to its order is not accepted.
Final bonds are 10% of the referral value.
The delay fine is one per thousand for each day of delay.
The execution period is 60 days from the day following the date of receipt of the direct order.
The price of the file is 100,000 SP.
The place of delivery is the warehouses of the requesting authorities.
The period of engagement of the bidder with his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting offers. As for the nominated bidder, it is 6 months from the date of referral according to the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004
