/ 10,000,000 / SYP only, ten million Syrian pounds only, and attach a notice Cash by paying a lump sum stamp duty of /50,000/SYP only, fifty thousand Syrian pounds only for the temporary guarantee provided
- Final deposits 10% of the total value of the contract
- Implementation period: one calendar year starting from the day following the contractor’s receipt of the written start order, renewable for one year Additional if the administration so desires and for a period not exceeding two years after the first year, provided that all UPS devices are placed in a state of complete readiness during the first month of the contract period - The duration of the bidder’s
commitment to his offer: 120 days only, one hundred and twenty days from the date of the end of submitting bids.
- Duration of the nominated bidder’s engagement: 60 days only, sixty days from the day following his notification of the transfer of the pledge to him in writing, in accordance with Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004. Delay fine: 0.001 only, one per thousand
