book The legal and financial conditions and the technical book of conditions in return for paying the value of /6000/ SP only, six thousand Syrian pounds.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (35) of Law No. /2/ dated 3/1/2022 AD and its amendments within three closed envelopes. These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed with the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for offers shall be written on it according to the book of legal and financial conditions.
