The tender was published by MINISTRY OF DEFENSE on 01 Sep 2023 for Tenders are invited for Purchase of Computer Equipment Specified in the Purchase Order Informatics Department Announcement of the request for proposals The Chairman of the Informatics Department Tender Committee announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Informatics Department to purchase computer equipment specified in the purchase request No. / 63 / dated 14/6/2023 AD, according to an internal contract through the request for proposals Those wishing to submit these materials can view and obtain technical, legal and financial conditions books and related documents in the Informatics Department building - Beirut Street - next to the Officers Club, At the office of the Chairman of the Tender Committee in the Informatics Department, for an amount of / 5000 / Syrian pounds Technical and financial offers and identification papers are submitted within three closed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Informatics Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from Sunday, 17/9/2023 AD and organized in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. / 2 / dated 1/3/2022, attached to the temporary insurances The delivery period is / 45 / days starting from the day following the contractor informs the commencement order The period of the bidder's commitment to his offer for a period of six months from the date of delivery of the offer to the administration The period of engagement of the nominated contractor is /6/ months from the date of notification of the referral to him in accordance with the provisions of Article / 30 / of Law No. / 2 / of 2022 AD The required insurances are provided in the form of certified checks or bank guarantees issued by banks accepted in accordance with the regulations in force in Syria or reinforced by them as follows.
