The tender session will be held in the office of the head of the Contracts and Tenders Committee at Monday, 9/25/2023 AD Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (19) of Law No. /2/ dated 3/1/2022 AD and its amendments within two closed envelopes, and these two envelopes are placed in a third envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the phrase “to ensure the seriousness of the offer” is written on it, specifying the amount of temporary bonds For an amount of / 14,000,000/ SP only fourteen million Syrian pounds, and it is submitted under a bank guarantee or certified check attached to the envelope of the financial offer. The final bonds are determined at 10% of the value of the pledge in accordance with the provisions of Article / 4 / - Paragraph / B / of Book of legal and financial conditions for delay fines: not less than (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay. The period of completion of the undertaking is one hundred and twenty calendar days, starting from the day following the notification of the contractor ordering the execution ..
