To deliver the work site, the tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 AD and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the special legal and financial conditions booklet. The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to The following conditions are the estimated statement value: (302,250,000) Syrian pounds only, three hundred and two million two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only. Initial deposits: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final deposits: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) Days from the date of submitting the offers.
