The tender shall be conducted in accordance with the Unified Public Entities Contract System promulgated by Law No. / 51 / of 2004 AD and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. / 450 / of 2004 AD, and according to the book of special technical conditions and book of Special legal and financial conditions, and the bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions: The value of the estimated statement: (181.825.000) SYP only one hundred and eighty-one million eight hundred and twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds only
Initial bonds: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder's engagement with his offer.
Final bonds: (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
Bidder engagement period with his offer: (60) days from the date of bid submission.
Duration of engagement of the nominated bidder with his offer: (180) days from the day following the date on which he was notified of the award.
All expenses, taxes, fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including fees for advertising and stamping fees on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
Offers shall be submitted to the office of the General Corporation for Road Transport in Damascus or sent by registered mail, provided that they arrive and register in the office of the Corporation in both cases before the end of the official working hours from Wednesday, 6/9/2023, located in Al-Hamra Street opposite Parliament, according to what is contained in the book of human rights conditions.
