A financial stamp worth /100,000/SYP is affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp is /5100/SYP, and a war effort stamp is /300/SYP. The reconstruction stamp is /10,030/SYP and the martyr stamp is /200/SYP. The auction will take place at eleven o’clock on 10/16/2023 in the Damascus Governorate building, fifth floor, room No. /534/. Temporary insurances: Temporary insurances are set at /10,000,000. / S.P. Only ten million Syrian pounds paid to the governorate fund according to an official receipt submitted to the bidding committee or according to a duly certified and certified check issued by the Damascus Governorate.
