Method of submitting offers: Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts Law No. (50) For the year 2004, if the offer includes more than one partner, all these partners must submit temporary and final insurances in their name under penalty of rejection of their offer and their offer must include the phrase (jointly and severally).
Execution period: The period of execution shall be determined by the shortest possible period of time,
provided that the period does not exceed (45) only forty-five days starting from the day following the notification of the contractor of the commencement with tender notice no. 84272 published on 19 Oct 2023.
