The tender was published by SYRIAN GENERAL CORPORATION FOR RAILWAYS on 01 Sep 2023 for Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment for the Maintenance of the Railway General Organization of Syrian Railways Announcement of an internal request for quotations The General Organization of Syrian Railways announces the conduct of a request for quotations (for the eighth time ) for the supply of equipment for the maintenance of the railway under the following conditions Primary insurance/ 000 000 45/ L.The final 10% of the total value of the contract will be submitted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (E ) of Article 46 of Law No. 51 of 2004, and the bidder can submit his offer in foreign exchange, provided that payment will be made in Syrian pounds exclusively on the due date Duration of execution of work /180 / calendar days from the date of commencement Last date of submission of offers 26/ 9 /2023 until the end of the official work Unsealing offers 27 / 9 / 2023 at 10.00 am in the morning The exhibitor remains connected to his offer starting from the day of the opening of the offers for a period of /90 / days The nominated contractor shall remain attached to his offer starting from the day following the date of notification of the assignment of the pledge to him for a period of /90 / days Offers are submitted (within three closed envelopes, these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled with the name of the entity specified in the announcement and the subject of the request for quotations and the date specified for conducting it are written on it ) to the Office of the public institution P.B 182 Syria-Aleppo - next to Al-Razi Hospital according to articles 13-30 of Law No. 51 of 2004 The prices provided by the exhibitors are considered final prices that cannot be reduced or broken at all, and the administration does not have the right to reduce the prices provided by the exhibitors Guarantee: the contractor guarantees all contracted works to be executed within one year from the date of temporary receipt.
