The tender was published by PUBLIC CORPORATION FOR ROAD TRANSPORTATION on 01 Sep 2023 for Tenders are invited for Supply of Iron Streams for the Road Signs Factory, Plan 2023 Ad General Organization for Road Transport Announcement of an internal public tender At full speed for the second time The General Organization for Road Transport announces its desire to hold an internal public tender at the total speed for the second time to supply iron rails for the road signalling plant plan 2023 according to the following quantities 1 - iron ducts measuring ( 65±2) mm × (40±2) mm × length 6000 mm in quantity /32000 / kg only thirty-two thousand kilograms 2 - iron ducts measuring ( 80±2) mm × (45±2) mm × 6000mm in quantity / 15000 / kg only fifteen thousand kg Contract duration:/45 / calendar day starting from the day following the direct order The tender is conducted in accordance with the unified public entities contracts system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 in accordance with the special technical specifications and the special rights and financial conditions book and the bidder is considered familiar with the project According to the following conditions - Estimated disclosure value: / 705,000,000 / L.X only seven hundred and five million Syrian pounds only - Initial insurances: / 5% / of the estimated disclosure value is valid until the end of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer - Final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value - Delay penalties: (0,001) of the total value contracted for each day of delay - The period of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer: (60) days from the date of submission of the offers - The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer:(90) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order - All expenses, taxes, fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including advertising fees and stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
