The final deposit is 10% of the referral value, to be paid within ten days from the date of awarding the tender. The late fine is 0.001, one per thousand for each day of delay in the period of the bidder’s engagement with his offer and the nominated contractor with his offer /150/ one hundred and fifty days. The price of the file is /50,000/ SYP only, fifty thousand Syrian pounds. It shall be paid according to a financial receipt. The temporary and final deposits shall be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, a certified check, or a bank transfer. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the special books of conditions to the office of the Directorate of Technical Services in Daraa. Any offer in violation of this shall be cancelled. The deadline for submitting offers is at fifteen o’clock on Sunday, October 1. /10/2023, provided that the offers are closed at ten o’clock in the morning of the following day.
