. And the tenders of the Military Medical Services Department / Damascus - Barzeh Al-Balad - next to the Tishreen Military Hospital.
Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in return for paying its value of / 5000 / SP only five thousand Syrian pounds and / 100000 / SP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds, a request for participation in submitting offers.
Bids are submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for bids, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, September 16, 2023 AD, and the bids are delivered by hand or Send by secured mail.
