Reconstruction of Quay 77~79 a. Reconstruction of Pile berth structure: Currently there are 100 ft of crane rail foundation on both land and sea side that will need to be reconstructed (crane rail system replacement will also be included.) for quay 77 and 78 (total length is 621m). In addition, 120 ft of crane rail foundation will be added (crane rail is not included) and concrete slab will be replaced. b. Reconstruction of sheet pile structure: Quay 77~79 (total length is 1,030m) will need to be deepened and reconstructed. Designed water depth of the quay will be -18m and project water depth will be -17m based on water channel. In addition, fender system and bollard will be installed in correspondence with the enlargement of containership. c. Dredging of berthing and water channel area: water channel will be dredged to -17m and gravel will be mounded afterwards. d. Utility (including electricity and water), electrical system for crane and other works: Electrical system of container crane will be added. (sub-station and electrical cable of crane rail will be replaced.) Manhole or handhole of electrical and water system will be pre-installed. In addition, drainage system will be reconstructed and pavement of apron area will also be reconstructed. 2. Reconstruction of Quay 70: There are four sub-items in the reconstruction of Quay 70 project.: a. Reconstruction and deepening of Quay 70: Reconstruction and deepening of the existing Quay 70 (total length 320m) becomes EL-15.2m. New 100 feet container bridge crane system will be built. b. Improvement project of AC pavement at the wharf: The pavement of traffic road at the yard of Quay 70 will be improved.. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 31 Oct 2023.
