General Description of Lots: LOT 3 CoICT building , Storey(s): 3 , Floor Area (Sq.m): 3100
USD 3.5 million for Lot 3 or its equivalent in other currency (s); (iii) minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of USD 1 million for Lot 1; USD 0.7 million for Lot 2 and USD 0.7 million for Lot 3 or its equivalent in other currency. Regarding Award Criteria for Multiple lots, the Employer will aggregate minimum requirements for respective Lots/packages as specified under items 3.1, 3.2, 4.2(a) and 4.2(b) of Section III (Evaluation and Qualification Criteria).
A complete set of the bidding documents (in English) is available to interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Only (TZS 250,000.00)
All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Unconditional Bank Guarantee (on the format provided in the bidding document) amounting to Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) Two hundred million (TZS: 200,000,000.00), one hundred fifty million (TZS: 150,000,000.00 and One hundred Forty million (TZS: 140,000,000.00) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency for the lot 1, lot 2 and lot 3 respectively in favor of Vice Chancellor, University of Dar es Salaam, P.O. BOX 35091 Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Bidders participating in more than one lots must provide separate bid security for each with tender notice no.
