Dart has Requested Ifc to Support as Transaction Adviser in the Procurement of Private Operators Who will Operate and Manage Bus Services for Phases 3 and 4 of the Dart Brt System (Individually or Jointly; The “Project”). Each Phase will be Analyzed and Tendered Separately. Ifc; The Lead Transaction Advisor to Dart; Is Hiring a Legal Consultant to Serve as Legal Advisor and Conduct Legal Due Diligence of the Project. One of the Outputs of the Consultant’s Services will be a Legal Due Diligence Report to Inform Ifc’S Transaction Structuring Report Which Sets out the Project Structure. The Consultant will Assist Ifc in All Legal Aspects of the Project; Including Review of and Recommendations on the Transaction Structuring Options as Investigated by Ifc; Assistance in Preparing and Presenting Legal Aspects of the Project; Preparation of Tender Documents and Project Agreements and Conducting a Transparent Bidding Process. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
