One of the outputs of the Consultant’s services will be a Technical Due Diligence Report to inform IFC’s Transaction Structuring Report which sets out the project structure. The consultant will assist IFC in all technical aspects of the Project; including review of and recommendations on the transaction structuring options as investigated by IFC; assistance in preparing and presenting legal aspects of the Project; preparation of tender documents and project agreements and conducting a transparent bidding process.
