The method of payment will be by Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GEPG) payable to Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, P.O Box 2182, Dodoma upon collection of bills from the cashier. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable format provided in the Bidding Document in Tanzania shillings 70,000,000.00 or freely convertible currencies (in case of foreign Tenderers). All Bids in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Agriculture, P.O. Box 2182, 40487 DODOMA, TANZANIA at or before 10:00hours on Monday, 12th June, 2023. Bids must be delivered at the Office of the Secretary of Ministerial Tender Board located at the University of Dodoma School Humanities Block 9 Ground Floor, Room I 120. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Agriculture.
