The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received fund from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tanzania Higher Education for Economic Transformation Project (HEET), and intends lo apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery. Installation. Training and Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment at The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST)
The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders tor Supply. Delivery. Installation. Training and Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment in 9 lots.
Note: Bidders are allowed to apply for one or more Lots as preferred
Bidding will bo conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers."
November. 2020 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information through TANePS (www.taneps. go.tz.)
The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by any registered bidder from website https://www.taneps.go.tz. Interested bidders have to necessarily register themselves on htlps://www.taneps.go.tz to participate in the bidding under this bid. It shall be the sole responsibility of the interested bidders to get them registered at the aforesaid website and apprise themselves adequately regarding all the relevant procedures and provisions related to uploading and submitting of the bids on the aforesaid website, https:// www.taneps.go.tz. The Bidders shall fill up all information as instructed. The Bidders shall download all forms and fill up as instructed. The filled-up forms/pages shall then be scanned and uploaded on the TANePS along with the scanned copies of the supporting documents.
