A. Tanzania Red Cross Society reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on failure to follow solicitation instructions.
5. The bid evaluation processes will be conducted as per Tanzania Red Cross Society Internal Procurement Guidelines.
6. Interested and eligible firms can obtain a complete set of Pre-Oualification documents from Procurement and Logistics Unit (PLU) during working hours from Thursday, 19th October, 2023 to Tuesday 07th November, 2023 between 0900hrs - 1600hrs local time.
7. Fee per tender is Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS. 100,000) and it is non-refundable.
