This module will also be published to Plan International Asia & Pacific’s ‘HUB’. Qualifications Experience in developing Capacity Building Modules and design, particularly with ASEAN and AICHR; and for young people. Excellent knowledge and experience about history, operational and procedures of ASEAN/AICHR: Demonstrated technical expertise in engaging with ASEAN/AICHR; Good communications (particularly writing), analytical skills and high proficiency in English; Demonstrable experience in developing high quality training manuals on gender equality, human rights, justice and welfare, advocacy, and peace building and security; It is an advantage if the consultant is able to prove the experience of development of similar capacity building manuals in the part..
