The UN Secretariat in Thailand from Asian region had released this tender for 1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (hereinafter referred to as “UNESCAP”) solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Companies, having capability, experience and sound technical team for the provision of preventive maintenance and emergency repair of the AV facilities of two conference rooms at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand as follow: 1.1 LOT 1: Conference Room 3 - the AV facilities of this room includes "BOSCH" Conference Management and Simultaneous Interpretation (CMSI) System, Video Production System with LED Video Wall Display, Camera and Robotics System, Sound Reinforcement System, Integrated Control System and other accessories. The Scope of work includes the provision of routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of CMSI System at CR3 along with Camera and Video Production System, LED Video Wall and RSI Platform Integration System, so that they can function accurately and safely. The preventive maintenance service shall be scheduled three (3) times a year, out of which two (2) maintenance visits will be scheduled on a half yearly basis while the third maintenance visit will be scheduled as per UNESCAP’s request. The schedule for third visit will be communicated to the vendor one month in advance to enable preparations required. The service shall be performed by the authorized and qualified technicians and/or engineers from the manufacturers of the offered products and in full compliance with approved national or international standards and according to the manufacturers’ recommendations. 1.2 LOT 2: ESCAP Hall and AV roomn - the AV facilities include "TAIDEN" Conference Management and Simultaneous Interpretation (CMSI) System, Video Production System, Camera, Sound Reinforcement System, Integrated Control System, Projectors, Projector lifts, other accessories and UPS. The Scope of work includes the provision of routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of CMSI System at ESCAP Hall along with Camera System, RSI Platform Integration System, Projectors, Projector lifts and UPS System, so that they function accurately and safely.
