Consultants may associate with other firms in order to strengthen their qualifications by clearly indicating the type of association, ie a group of consultants, or an intention to subcontract. In the case of a consortium, all the partners of the consortium will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, in the event of award. The selection will be made in accordance with the “quality and cost based” selection method reserved for member country firms (QBCC/PM)” stipulated in the Guidelines. Interested consultants can obtain additional information at the address mentioned below during the office hours indicated: every working day from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. UT, local time. Expressions of interest in written form must be submitted (in person) to the address mentioned below no later than Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the secretariat of the Person Responsible for Public Procurement, Building of the 3 Ministries , BP 01B.P. 119 Lomé, Tel: (228) 90 24 42 25 / 90 06 70 26.
