The WATER AND SANITATION HERITAGE COMPANY IN URBAN AND SEMI-URBAN ENVIRONMENTS (SP-EAU) in Togo from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Works for Equipment of Borehole, Construction of Treatment, Storage, Supply and Distribution Networks and Related Works (Lot 2) The qualification requirements are: - to be a company specializing in the drinking water supply sector; - financial capacity: The Candidate must provide proof that he has achieved an average turnover over the last three years (2021, 2020, 2019) at least equal to three billion (3,000,000,000) CFA francs ; and that he has a line of credit of six hundred million (600,000,000) CFA Francs; - Provide the financial statements for the last three (03) years (2021, 2020 and 2019), certified by a certified public accountant; - technical capacity and experience: The Candidate must prove that he has carried out over the last five (05) years (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018) at least two (02) works contracts of a similar nature and volume, of similar or superior consistency and complexity) of a minimum value of 2,000,000,000 FCFA HT/HD for each contract; - meet the qualification conditions defined in the Specific Tender Data (DPAO). 5.
