The INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT in Tunisia from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Communication Consultancy for Development and Implementation Strategy of Nexus Project. The Communication Consulting Firm (or Agency) has two main objectives:1- Develop and implement a communication strategy to raise awareness of the Nexus project among the target audience, partners, and national and international stakeholders, facilitate exchanges with stakeholders, and highlight the project's successes to drive change.2- Raise awareness among Tunisian citizens of the importance of technical and vocational training in the agri-food sector, specifically by:* Facilitating access to information on rural agricultural training opportunities;* Raising awareness and encouraging action;* Positioning agricultural training as an effective tool for professional development;* Mobilizing national and international stakeholders from all sectors (public, private, civil society) around the project.3- Support, if needed, other projects in the fields of education, employment, or agricultureWorking in collaboration with the project team, the Communication Consulting Firm (or Agency) will be responsible for:1- Ensuring the successful communication of the Nexus project by:* Creating the identity and graphic charter of the Nexus project (vision, mission, values, positioning, tone of voice) in harmony with the graphic charter of the TRACE program to which Nexus belongs;* Developing the online and offline communication strategy and annual internal and external communication plan, including media planning, according to the various project activity deadlines;* Creating a strong image;* Identifying communication needs and responses to promote the image and objectives of the project;* Designing and producing various communication materials and supports (both traditional and digital) related to the project, including the design and production of filmed and/or animated spots/videos and photo reports;* Conducting e-reputation audits, advising, and monitoring;* Managing the daily and strategic digital communication of Nexus;* Managing media space purchases (radio, press, digital, etc.);* Organizing activities/events related to the project (focus groups, press conferences, etc.).1- Raising public awareness about the importance of agricultural training and acquiring the appropriate skills to work in the agri-food sector by:* Designing and implementing a national 360° communication and awareness campaign;* Designing and producing digital awareness campaigns;* Identifying and creating awareness materials and supports;* Managing and purchasing media space (OOH, DOOH, TV, radio, press, digital, etc.);* Reporting and evaluating campaigns;And any other services that the project team or Agency deems necessary for the success of its mission.The Communication Consulting Firm (or Agency) selected will accompany the Nexus project team from the date of contract signature and throughout the project until December 31, 2024 (with the possibility of renewal). They will be required to propose an optimal and detailed schedule for the mission's execution, which must remain consistent and aligned with the objectives.
