N° : 02/2023. to as the "Beneficiary") has received a grant from the African Union Development Agency AUDANEPAD with financing from the German Government through KfW in the form of a financial contribution for the construction of the ECT Regional Hub for ICT skills development; and part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments provided for under the contract for the services which are the subject of this invitation to tender. The Canadian School of Tunis hereby invites eligible Tenderers to submit their Tenders in closed envelopes for the construction of the "ECT Regional Hub for ICT Skills Development" project, comprising two buildings, for a period of 45 calendar days: 1. A training Centre 2. An accommodation unit The work consists of building a basement car park and a ground floor 3 levels, with a total covered surface area of approximately 6,600 m2. An Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) is mandatory, given that the project is category B and the environmental, social, health and safety compliance level is 2. The works, which are the subject of the contract, are divided into four (04) separate lots, defined as follows: - Lot 1: Civil engineering - Lot 2: Electricity - Fire safety - Lift - Lot 3: Aluminium joinery - Wood joinery - Façade cladding. - Lot 4: Fluids Tenderers may tender for one or more lots and may be awarded more than one lot. Tenderers must apply for all each lot. No alternative solutions are permitted. Tenderers wishing to apply for several lots must submit a separate envelope for each lot, containing the technical offer and the financial offer, and mentioning the number and name of the lot. Each offer must be presented separately. Each lot will be awarded to the Tenderer who submits the lowest cost Tender and for which it meets the qualification criteria. Combined bids are not permitted. Construction work is scheduled to start at the beginning of the 3rd quarter of 2023. Tenders will be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the procedure without prequalification as stipulated in the SIFA guide for the procurement of goods, works and associated services.
