First operational variation of the Reform of the national training system, the PAFIP was validated during the final restitution workshops of July 17 and 18, 2014 by the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, UTICA (employer organization) and the UGTT (union organisation). The purpose of this program is to support the Ministry and its structures under its supervision on the challenges of reorganizing and strengthening national and regional structures responsible for steering and implementing the reform, and on issues of operational coordination of the program PAFIP, by including all support in the principles of governance established between the Ministry and the social partners. Faced with the observation of a difficulty in appropriating training engineering methodologies based on the APC (skills-based approach) by the teams of the training centers, and their deployment within work-study training, the National Center Training of Trainers and Training Engineering CENAFFIF has stabilized the process of producing training standards based on certifications, in consultation with the MEFP, the ATFP (Tunisian Agency for Vocational Training), the AVFA (Agency of Promotion and Agricultural Training) and the AFMT (Training Agency for Tourism Professions). This engineering gave birth to a package of Five (5) deliverables (work situation analysis report (RAST), Certification reference (RC), Training reference (RF), These "training standards" are ultimately intended for trainers and assessors, and emphasize the certification process which requires the combined contribution of professionals, which could be mobilized through sector committees (to be designed in a first as working groups made up of federations, MEFP, sector lead centres), in order to clarify the expectations in terms of certification required by companies. with tender notice no. 01/2023 published on 23 Jun 2023.
