The NATIONAL SANITATION UTILITY in Tunisia from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Realization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant for the Localities of Nasrallah and Menzel M’Hiri in the Governorate of Kairouan The National Sanitation Utility "ONAS", hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the African Development Bank (AFDB) towards the cost of The Small cities Sanitation Program for less than 10.000 inhabitants - Phase I (PAPC-I) to finance the realization of the wastewater treatment plant for the localities of Nasrallah and Menzel M’hiri in the governorate of Kairouan. The demanded works under the present public procurement consist of: Construction of wastewater treatment plant with the capacity of 2000 m3 per day and 1000 kg DBO5/d as well as the treated wastewater transfer system. -Only natural or legal persons capable of obliging them selves may participate who present the guarantees, in particular technical and financial, and the references necessary for the proper performance of the obligations that will be made, which are not in a state of bankruptcy or liquidation, judicial or, for foreigners, in a similar situation provided for by the law of their country. The amount of the provisional guarantee is equal to Three hundred fifty thousandTunisian Dinars (350 000. 000 TND) or One hundred and four thousands Euros (104000. 000 €). with tender notice no. 9657b published on 26 May 2023.
