services. Interested consultants must provide information and documents indicating that they are qualified
to perform the services such as (not limited to);
• The Consultant must have the experience of major similar assignment completed in past ten years
for construction retrofitting works and related repair and renovation works in Public Buildings
with preference for experience on educational and hospital buildings.
• Financial status with consultancy turnover in past five years. (2018-2019-2020-2021-2022)
• Availability of appropriate skills among key personnel, team composition etc.
• Consultants should provide the below listed information;
✓ Company information,
✓ Letters of recommendation from previous Employers,
✓ A list of ongoing assignments including the start and end dates and the personnel involved.
✓ The Consultant shall provide accurate information on any current or past litigation or
arbitration resulting from tenders and contracts completed, terminated, or under execution by
him over the past 5 (five) year
Consultants are required to include the name and reference number of the tasks (AIIB-CB9) in their
Expression of Interests.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in both hardcopy & softcopy(digital) to the address below by

th of April, 2023 | 16:00 (local time) by surface mail, courier or hand delivery. Applications by e-mail
