Security architecture, encryption standards, data residency options, certifications, and compliance with applicable international and regional standards. Workflow, administration, reporting, and audit capabilities. Licensing model and indicative pricing methodology (optional at this stage). Implementation approach, estimated deployment timeline, training, and post-implementation support services. References for similar enterprise or government implementations.
