Strategic Roadmap: Develop a detailed roadmap outlining the key initiatives required to achieve the target state. f. KPI and Performance Monitoring Definition: Review and Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a performance monitoring framework to track progress and measure the impact of SSA's initiatives. 2) Operating Model Design a.
