Current State Assessment: Evaluate SSA's current strategy, operations, and performance to determine areas of strength and areas requiring improvement. d. Target State Definition: Define the desired future state for SSA, including its strategic goals, objectives, and priorities. e. Strategic Roadmap: Develop a detailed roadmap outlining the key initiatives required to achieve the target state. f. KPI and Performance Monitoring Definition: Review and Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a performance monitoring framework to track progress and measure the impact of SSA's initiatives. 2) Operating Model Design a. Assessment of the Current State Operating Model: Provide a detailed assessment report on SSA's current operating model, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. b. Design Target State Operating Model Design: Design the new operating model that aligns with SSA's strategic goals and enables effective service delivery. c. Implementation roadmap: Develop a detailed implementation roadmap for the adoption and implementation of the new Operating Model 3) Organizational Structure Design a. Current State Assessment of the Organizational Structure: Assess SSA's existing organizational structure and identify areas that require realignment. b. Design Target State Organizational Structure: Design a new organizational structure that supports SSA's strategic objectives, including functional statements and detailed job descriptions – up to department level 4) Governance Framework Design: a. Target State Governance Framework: Develop a governance framework that includes at least roles of leadership, delegation of authority (DoA), Committee structures, decision-making processes, and other governance elements necessary to support the new organizational structure. 5) Performance Monitoring Framework: a. KPI Definition: Identify and define KPIs that align with SSA's strategic goals. b.
