Publication of Bid Notice April 20th 2023 Site inspection and Pre-bid meeting May 3rd 2023, URCS Yumbe Field Offi ce at 10:30am. Bid closing and opening date May 12th 2023 Evaluation process By 19th May 2023 Display and Communication of best evaluated bidder notice By end of May 2023 Contract signing After the expiry of the BEB Notice.
