D) Services shall Include Electrical, Mechanical, and Ict Installations, and Health, Safety & Environmental Safeguards, And External Works; E) a Margin of Preference shall not Apply Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address in No. 8 and inspect the Bidding Document during office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) at the address given in No. 8 . A pre-bid meeting shall be held at 1100 Hrs on May 26, 2023 at the address given in No. 2. The Bidding Documents in English may be Purchased by Interested Bidders upon Submission of a Written Application to the Address in No. 8 and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ugx 300,000 (Uganda Shillings Three Hundred Thousand only) or its Equivalent in a Freely Convertible Currency Using the Exchange Rate Published by Bank of Uganda on the Date of Purchase of the Documents. The Method of Payment will be by Cash/ Eft. Bidders may Make Arrangements with Courier Service Providers to have the Bidding Documents Delivered to Them, but No Liability shall be Accepted by Psfu for Loss or Late Delivery. 6. Bids must be Delivered to the Address in No. 8 by 1100 Hrs Local Time on June, 12, 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be Permitted. Late Bids will be Rejected. Bids will be Publicly Opened in the Presence of Bidders’ Designated Representatives Who Choose to Attend at the Address below on June 12, 2023 at 1105 Hrs Local Time. 7. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security in Form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee of Ugx 160,000,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Sixty Million) or an Equivalent Amount in a Freely Convertible Currency) or its Equivalent in a Freely Convertible Currency Using Exchange Rates Published by Bank of Uganda on the Date of Issue of the Security. with tender notice no.
