Project Briefer: AVSI Foundation is implementing a four-year project (2020-2024) funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands titled “Skilling in Agripreneurship for increased Youth Employment”. The goal of the SAY project is to contribute to increased agri-skills level and gainful employment of youth in the agriculture sector in Uganda and AVSI Foundation intends to apply a portion of the grant to payments to contracts under this Tender. The SAY project is targeting 18,800 youth aged 18-30 years (6,000 refugee and host community) for immediate employment in the agriculture sector and 6,500 youth aged 13 with tender notice no.
