The FORT PORTAL CITY COUNCIL in Uganda from African region had released this tender for Prequalification's are invited for Maintenance of Anti-Malarial Drains. Site visit/pre-bid meeting. Item A on 3rd July 2023 at 9:00 a.m , Item B & C on 13th July 2023 at 9: a.m and Item D at 14th August 2023 at 9:00 a.m Fort Portal City Council therefore invites sealed bids for the above Services, Works and supplies. 2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedure contained in local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of public Asset) regulation 2006, and is open to all bidders 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(iii) at or between 08:00am and 05:00 pm.(local time) 4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders. On the submission of a written application to the address given below at 8(ii) and upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX: 50,000 for all items. The payment procedure will be through IRAS by obtaining a PRN No. from the Revenue offi ce at Booma Head Offi ce and issuance of the receipt after payment will be done by the same office, an original receipt will be attached on the original Bid Document. 5. Bids for item A must be delivered to the address below at 8(iii) before 7thJuly 2023 at 11:00 am (local time), for Item B & C on or before is 31st July 2023 11: 00 a.m. and for item D is or before 31st August 2023 11:00 a.m .Bids must be accompanied by bid securities indicated above in form of bank draft or un conditional bank guarantees, late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(iv) at 11:30am (local time) for Item A on 7thJuly 2023 11:30 a.m , for Item B&C on or before 31st July 2023 at 11: 30 and Item D is or before 31st August 2023 at 11:00 a.m. 6. There shall be a pre-bid meeting at Earthquake Model House for Item A is on 3rd July 2023 at 9:00 a.m , Item B & C on 13th July 2023 at 9: a.m. and Item D at 14th August 2023 at 9:00 a.m. as per the dates indicated in the proposed schedule.
