The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advise Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the address at (9a) given below or sent by email. The firm will also support in building the capacity of different stakeholders to use the developed materials, as well as install the adapted materials and accessible software in the classmates, devices and equipment for schools and students. The assignment will be limited to 26 government aided secondary schools and will be carried out for a maximum period of 258 working days. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
