A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(b) or request through email: procurement@must.ac.ug upon payment of a non-refundable fee (as specifi ed above) in cash to a Local Bank using the link payments.must.ac.ug. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before the date and time as indicated in the table above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in the table above. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend, at the address below at 8(d) at the date and time indicated in the table above.
