Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address in 8(b) below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand only). Payment will be by deposit to the Uganda National Oil Company Limited Account: Stanbic Bank Uganda Ltd, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers on A/C No. 9030011896005. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address in 8(a) below at or before 10:00am on 25th May 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX: 5,000,000/= that shall be valid until December 27th 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be virtually opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who will choose to attend the online public bid opening session via Microsoft Teams Platform at 10:40am on 25th May 2023. with tender notice no.
